This Brooklyn Neighborhood is Cool and Still Affordable

According to reporting by the New York Post, Sunset Park is poised to take off as the L train shutdown looms and Manhattanites continue their flight to the outer boroughs. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and residential, and is known for its namesake park, where visitors can enjoy waterfront views from a sloping green hillside. Along with residential projects aimed at increasing the amount of available housing in the neighborhood, New York property management companies like Madison Realty Capital are converting warehouses to large commercial developments like The Whale, a 500,000-square-foot commercial property that is home to diverse tenants, including recreational facility Socceroof.
