The 285-unit garden-style apartment complex, built in 1991, is located 17 miles north of Downtown Miami at 17900 NE 31st Court. "This 30-day closing demonstrates our ability to serve as a lender of choice for repeat borrowers," said Josh Zegen, managing principal and co-founder of Madison Realty Capital. The property features 165 one-bedroom and 120 two-bedroom units, along with amenities including a pool, waterfront sundeck, game room, and fitness center.
