Madison Realty Capital Leads $525M Financing for Long Island City Resi Tower Build

Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital has provided $425 million in construction financing for a landmark 55-story, 600-unit condominium tower at 24-19 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City's Court Square area. The $525 million project, developed by Tavros Capital and Charney Companies in partnership with Incoco Capital, also secured a $100 million preferred equity investment from Kushner Companies. The mixed-use development will feature approximately 80,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Whole Foods and Chelsea Piers Fitness, with groundbreaking scheduled for this month and completion targeted for spring 2028.
