Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital has originated a $57 million financing package for Aptitude Development's 195-unit, 516-bed student housing project near Binghamton University. The Marshall, a five-story development with studio through four-bedroom apartments, will be located just 500 feet from the university's main campus entrance and is scheduled for completion by the 2027-2028 academic year. The project addresses housing demand at Binghamton University, which enrolls over 18,000 students with limited on-campus supply, and will feature extensive amenities including fitness facilities, study spaces, and community areas.
