Madison Realty Capital Lends $77M for Whole Foods-Anchored Texas Development
Commercial Observer reported that Madison Realty Capital originated a $77 million construction loan for Shivers Farm, a mixed-use development in Southlake, Texas, developed by a joint venture between Trademark Property Company and Harrison Street Asset Management. The 40.2-acre project at 1900 North White Chapel Boulevard will feature 37 single-family residential lots, approximately 128,000 square feet of retail, and 33,000 square feet of office space across nine buildings, anchored by a 35,500-square-foot Whole Foods — the grocer's first location in Southlake. The development will be the only grocery-anchored retail property north of SH 114 within a three-mile radius, located 26 miles northwest of Downtown Dallas.
