Sixteen Fifth Avenue is a luxury 14-unit ground-up condominium development located on Lower Fifth Avenue, one block north of Washington Square Park. Designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, the 19-story building features 12 full-floor simplex units with 3-4 bedrooms, one duplex penthouse, and one triplex penthouse. The project is scheduled to commence closings in Q4 2025.
Woodside Central
Queens, NY
Woodside Central is a 478-unit multifamily development spanning 550,208 square feet in Woodside, Queens. The property comprises two towers of 12 and 15 stories, featuring a unit mix of 70% market-rate and 30% affordable units, 10,896 square feet of retail space, 226 parking spaces, and an 82,571-square-foot public school. The project received TCO for all units in Summer 2023.
Greenpoint Central
Brooklyn, NY
Greenpoint Central comprises two mixed-income ground-up rental developments totaling 473 units in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The project features 15,000 square feet of interior amenities, 30,000 square feet of exterior amenities, and cellar parking, with 30% of units designated as affordable. Developed on the former Nuhart Plastics Manufacturing site, the project required extensive environmental remediation of both NYS Brownfield and Superfund designated parcels. 75 Dupont achieved occupancy in October 2024, with 65 Dupont expected to reach occupancy in August 2025.
The East
New York, NY
The East, located at 644 East 14th Street is a 196-unit rental development featuring 70% market-rate and 30% affordable housing under the Affordable New York program. The project includes 2,258 square feet of ground-floor retail space and is part of the New York Brownfield Program. Construction is expected to complete in Q1 2026.

Acquisition and redevelopment of a 16-story, 503,000 SF residential tower located in the Rego Park neighborhood of Queens, NY.
