MRC’s Josh Zegen Talks Entrepreneurship and 14 Years of Alternative Lending
In an interview with Commercial Observer, Madison Realty Capital Co-Founder Josh Zegen talks about the entrepreneurial spirit, starting a bridge loan company on the eve of the 2008 financial crisis, and budding real estate opportunities outside of New York City.
