Madison Realty Capital, Hill West, and Robert A.M. Stern Architects have proposed a contextually appropriate design for 14-16 Fifth Avenue, the forthcoming collection of luxury homes nestled in the Greenwich Village Historic District. The new design by Hill West and RAMSA incorporate a number of architectural influences drawn from its diverse surroundings while scaling back on the initially proposed height. The 1848 building has received a few facelifts in its life, and Madison Realty Capital is determined that its next iteration will last for another hundred and fifty years.
