The 19-story residential building located in the coveted Gold Coast of Lower Fifth Avenue is designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Hill West Architects and developed by Madison Realty Capital. When it tops out, the 241-foot-tall structure will yield 14 condominium units that honor the architecture of Greenwich Village while revealing the innovations and creative flourishes that exist within that urban fabric.
