Madison Realty Capital Lends $24M on Soho Mixed-Use Property
Commercial Observer reports that Madison Realty Capital has extended a $24 million loan to refinance a mixed-use building in SoHo. 54 Thompson Street is a former publishing warehouse that is now home to a Mediterranean restaurant and a number of advertising and production houses, as well as brand new resident flex office firm Breather. The loan from MRC will cover existing debt as well as tenant improvements, a move that MRC Managing Principal and Co-Founder Josh Zegen believes will “create significant upside and success over the long term.” Madison Realty Capital is one of the nation’s leading private debt investment firms, with offices in New York City and Los Angeles.
